Job Position – Planning Engineer

Company Name – Telal

Will play a key role in project delivery by developing, updating, and monitoring project schedules, and coordinating with stakeholders for on-time execution. Requires strong experience in construction and a deep understanding of planning tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

– Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6
– Update schedules for scope, resources, and changes; conduct critical path analysis.
– Collaborate with teams to align schedules and lead planning meetings.
– Identify and mitigate scheduling risks; develop contingency plans.
– Manage project resources and coordinate with procurement for timely delivery.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and conduct schedule audits.
– Prepare progress reports, including *Earned Value Management (EVM)*.

Qualification

– Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
– 5+ years of experience in project planning, with 2+ years in a senior role.
– Proficiency in *Primavera P6* and strong knowledge of project management principles.
– Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills

– PMP certification.
– UAE/GCC experience.
– Strong problem-solving abilities.
