• Own end-to-end responsibilities of store operations
• Ensure all protocols related to inventory management are followed by ensuring:

• 5S of the store
• Weekly stock checks
• Daily inventory walks
• Security audits

• Manage a team of shift team leaders, logistics associates, delivery associates,
• warehouse staff, and cashier
• Ensure all payroll/attendance-related activities are closed as per the agreed date
• Monitor all the key metrics of the store
• Ensure compliance is maintained as per the legal local norms
• Conduct monthly store audits to ensure inventory placement is done as per policy
• Own all the relevant metrics related to inventory management, delivery experience and
• customer experience
• Ensure all the team members are trained properly in their assigned roles
• Take proactive action in times of need and ensure timely escalations when required
• Own the cash management at the store, and ensure timely reconciliation and deposition

• Take relevant action or decisions on roster management of warehouse staff and delivery
• staff to ensure productivity and performance expectations are met
• Send daily reports on store performance and other parameters
• Analyse avenues to increase the orders by increasing serviceability wherever needed

What you’ll need:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree
• Good understanding of Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to read and understand numbers
• Past operations leadership experience in e-commerce/logistics or the retail sector preferred
