Job Position – Operations Manager
Company Name – Al Bahiya
Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 20,000 per month
Location: United Arab Emirates
Job Type: Full-time
Accountability for administering staff, client relationship-building and organizational excellence is part of the role. We’re looking for applicants with strong organizational and communication skills, willing to take initiative and lead others.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and guarantee top-quality service provision.
– Direct, educate, and coach staff to enhance performance and development.
– Establish and maintain effective client partnerships.
– Oversee staff schedules and distribute resources efficiently.
– Work with management to improve workflows and processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Completion of a degree or certification in Business Management (or a related discipline).
– Effective leadership skills with a focus on team management.
– 5 to 10 years of experience in Operations or Facility Management.
