Role Description:

Dominion Markets is looking for a Client Account Approval Member is responsible for assisting in the approval process for new client accounts. This role involves supporting the review of client documentation, conducting preliminary due diligence, and ensuring that all account applications meet regulatory and company standards. The Client Account Approval Member will report directly to the Client Account Approval Manager and assist in maintaining accurate records and compliance with internal policies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Client Account Review

•⁠ ⁠Assist in the review of new client account applications.

•⁠ ⁠Verify that all required documentation is complete and accurate.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct preliminary due diligence on prospective clients, including identity verification and background checks.

 

2.⁠ ⁠Compliance Support

•⁠ ⁠Ensure that client accounts comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

•⁠ ⁠Report any discrepancies or suspicious activities to the Client Account Approval Manager.

•⁠ ⁠Stay informed about changes in regulations and compliance standards.

 

3.⁠ ⁠Documentation and Record Keeping

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client account applications.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure proper storage and handling of sensitive client information in compliance with data protection regulations.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in the preparation of regular reports on account approval activities for management review.

 

4.⁠ ⁠Client Communication

•⁠ ⁠Communicate with clients to request additional information or documentation as needed.

•⁠ ⁠Provide updates to clients on the status of their account applications.

•⁠ ⁠Address and resolve client inquiries or issues related to account approval, escalating complex issues to the Management.

 

5.⁠ ⁠Risk Assessment

•⁠ ⁠Identify potential risks associated with new client accounts during the preliminary review.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in implementing measures to mitigate identified risks.

•⁠ ⁠Support ongoing monitoring of approved accounts to ensure continued compliance.

 

6.⁠ ⁠Collaboration

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with Management to ensure a smooth and efficient account approval process.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the compliance, legal, and operations teams as needed.

•⁠ ⁠Participate in cross-departmental meetings and initiatives to improve the account approval process.

 

7.⁠ ⁠Process Improvement

•⁠ ⁠Provide feedback and suggestions to Management on potential process improvements.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in implementing best practices and leveraging technology to enhance the efficiency of the approval process.
