Oriented Night Auditor to join our Finance team and ensure the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours.

Job Summary:

As a Night Auditor with a focus on F&B, you’ll be responsible for balancing daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring all F&B revenue is accurately posted. This is a hands-on role that also includes supporting late-night operations, including room service or bar operations, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities:

– Accurately audit and reconcile all F&B revenue, including restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service outlets.
– Post daily F&B sales into the property management system and verify proper charges and payment methods.
– Monitor and ensure all late-night service operations meet brand standards.
– Support closing procedures for bars or kitchens and secure inventory.
– Prepare and distribute daily audit reports to management.
– Address and resolve any late-night guest issues or requests related to F&B.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent required.
– Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
– Strong computer skills; experience with hotel management software
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to work independently and stay alert throughout overnight shifts.
– Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle emergency situations calmly.
