At Chalhoub, we celebrate the exceptional! As a Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting individual and collective sales targets while delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will also support the implementation of key customer and people initiatives in-store, including CRM and CX.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting data on customer behavior, top-selling items, and slow movers to inform business reviews.
- Building client relationships through an omni-channel approach.
- Providing pre-buying feedback on products.
- Enhancing employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) through people experience initiatives and fostering a positive culture.
- Ensuring compliance with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Overseeing the execution of click-and-collect services within service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Capturing customer data in line with marketing team requirements.
- Promoting the loyalty program (MUSE) and staying updated on app offerings.
- Assisting with in-store marketing events and activations.
- Keeping informed about all brand social media activities and campaigns.
- Driving sell-through rates in-store.
- Supporting in-store customer experience (CX) initiatives.
- Providing feedback on what’s working well and what could be improved within the store.
