RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Serve as the principal technical resource within maintenance teams.
– Ensure maintenance tasks are completed as per planned schedules and standards.
– Manage resources effectively to optimize maintenance operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Qualified and experienced in Air Conditioning, Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems, and BMS basics.
– Strong understanding of maintenance principles and planned maintenance techniques.
