Job Duties:
- File Management: Organize, rename, and manage digital files efficiently. Occasionally scan new clients’ media folders to identify marketing assets (logos, best photos/videos)
- Meta Ads Management: Upload files for ads, monitor and respond to comments on Meta ads using Meta Business Suite (training and documentation provided)
- Klaviyo Email Management: Assist with email campaigns, including scheduling and managing emails (training and documentation provided)
- Influencer Outreach & Management: Handle outreach and relationship management with influencers. This may include negotiating contracts within firm guidelines
- Basic Shopify Tasks: Manage simple tasks on Shopify as needed (training provided)
- Social Media Management: Monitor and manage social media DMs across various platforms
Requirements:
- Proficient in English, with near-native fluency and excellent writing skills
- Experience with Meta Ads, Shopify, and community management is a big bonus. Please mention if you have any experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy
- Availability to work flexible hours between 9:00 am – 3:00 pm Pacific Time. Some tasks can be completed outside these hours, but general availability during PST working hours is required
Tools & Communication:
- Tasks are managed in Notion
- We work asynchronously as much as possible, using email, Loom, and Notion for communication
- You’ll report directly to the company owner and will work closely on a mix of joint and independent tasks
Opportunities:
- This role starts as an hourly contract-based position during the first month (trial period)
- Potential to transition into a salaried part-time role, and eventually, a full-time salaried position based on performance and demonstrated capabilities
