Job Description:

  • Maintain a strong relationship with partner agencies in marketing – at all brands/levels.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for the group, including digital, social media, print, and events, to measure effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment with other departments to meet overall business plans.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

About the Client:

  • A trusted Retail group, based in Dubai with known expansion in the Middle East Region.

Qualifications:

  • Open to Indian nationalities
  • Male, 35 to 45 years old
  • Must be bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Must have at least 8 years total experience Senior Marketing Manager handling diverse retail products.
  • Must know how to lead Marketing team, expert with development and implementation of marketing campaign.
