About Pavago:

Pavago is looking for a proactive Marketing Executive Assistant to support our client’s marketing efforts with essential administrative and project management skills. The role demands basic experience with SEO, website management, and basic paid advertising, along with strong proficiency in Slack for seamless team collaboration. Ideal candidates will exhibit exceptional organizational abilities, effective client communication, and a solid understanding of marketing fundamentals.

 

Responsibilities:

Task Management:

  • Assist with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling and managing meetings, and coordinating with team members.

SEO Support: 

  • Basic SEO support by performing basic keyword research, optimizing website content, and tracking SEO performance metrics.

Website Management:

  •  Manage website updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure content is current and engaging.

Client Communications:

  • Handle client communications, including responding to emails, addressing inquiries, and managing client expectations.

Outreach and Relationship Management:

  • Facilitate outreach efforts to potential clients or partners, and help manage relationships with existing clients.

Paid Advertising Oversight:

  •  Oversee basic paid advertising campaigns, including monitoring performance, adjusting budgets, and reporting on results.

Team Collaboration: 

  • Utilize Slack for effective team communication, project updates, and collaboration.

Required Experience & Skills:

 

Background : 

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a marketing support role or similar position.

Competency :

  •  Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and website management tools.

Technical skills

  • : Hands-on experience with Slack and other project management or communication platforms. Understanding of paid advertising platforms and strategies.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

 

As a Marketing Executive Assistant you’ll collaborate with the team via Slack to manage and organize appraisal orders, ensuring client portals are up-to-date and assignments are on track. You’ll craft marketing emails and tools for both existing and new clients, create engaging landing pages, and maintain Google company pages. Additionally, you’ll contribute ideas for company improvements and work closely with the executive to address any issues that arise.
