Job Purpose:

• Supervision of planning and implementing the projects and programs that related to the agency business and ensure the completion of the projects within the timeframe and budget, to achieve the goals.

Key Results Accountabilities:

• Supervising the preparing the annual Operational and Capital budgets, infrastructure projects revenues, and operating surplus on the financial system “Hyperion” and the RTA’s system.
• Command the projects management office efficiently by taking necessary actions to improve the low performers and ensuring the admin support.
• Supervising the planning, implementations, and closing of approval projects, programs, and contracts of the agency according to the approved time duration.
• Managing the process of selecting contractors and consultants for the Agency’s projects and contracts and ensuring their competence through the official supplier evaluation processes approved by the RTA.
• Supervising the program management system in coordination with the organizational units and report the planning, implementing progression, and any escalation to the CEO in case of any obstacles that may affect projects progress.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with 11 years of working experience, or master’s degree in project management with 9 years of working experience.

Skills:

• Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
• Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
• Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.
