- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth, optimize leasing operations, and enhance vendor satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Set performance objectives for senior staff, regularly evaluating their outcomes and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present commercial reports and analyses to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all commercial activities.
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer service standards and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Manage the budget for the commercial department, ensuring cost-effective operations and optimal resource allocation.
