Current Job Vacancies

1) Accounts Payable Specialist
– 2-4 years of suitable experience in Accounts Payable in the visa services or travel industry.

– Practical experience with Ninthware, Signature ERP, and other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online).

– A good understanding of the UAE VAT regulations and related documentation.

– Proficient in MS Excel and multi-currency transactions (AED, USD, JOD, SAR).

– English and Arabic language skills is a plus.

2) Sales Reservation Executive
– A bachelor’s degree (desired) or experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service.

– A minimum of 2 years of experience in reservations and customer service within the travel and tourism businesses in UAE Hotels and B2B Portals.

3) Corporate Business & Client Relations Manager
– Familiar with travel booking systems (GDS), a Customer Relationship Management platform, and communication platforms.

– Ability to travel at times to locations within the UAE or internationally.

– A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or closely affiliated field.
– A minimum of three to five years of experience in travel coordination, event travel management and major account management; ideally gained in either a travel agency or event business.

4) B2B Portal – Sales Manager
– A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline (preferred).

– At least five years of experience in a Sales Managerial position in a Travel and Tourism Company in the UAE.

– Expertise in CRM and sales tools, with a working knowledge of MajeStay’s B2B portal.
