Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Manager Financial Analysis/Finance Business Partnering for its Soda Ash Business based in Khewra.

Key Responsibilities:

• Basically, you’re the go-to finance sidekick for the exec crew—pointing out what’s really going on behind the numbers and what moves to make next. You bounce between all sorts of teams, wrangling budgets, chasing wild forecasts, and digging into why things cost what they do (and why the actuals never quite match the plan).

  You keep a close eye on how the numbers stack up against the goals, calling out the good, the bad, and the “uhhh, somebody look at this” moments—especially when things get weird or opportunities drop in your lap. When the higher-ups want the scoop, you whip up those quick-hit updates; could be weekly, could be quarterly, could be someone panicking on a Tuesday. Gotta keep it tight.

  Oh, and someone has to make sure the rules aren’t just for show. You double-check that people follow policies and don’t get too “creative” with the controls. Honestly, you’re always poking at the whole system, nudging the company to update their financial playbook and reporting game. Always room for a little extra polish, right?

Key Skills:

• Opex, Capex—yeah, I’ve wrestled with both. Forecasting? Sorting out budgets? Please, I’ve had more late nights with spreadsheets than I’d care to admit. Reading a business situation? Honestly, I can spot the “uh oh” moments before most people even realize something’s off. I’m not one of those jargon-loving robots either—I’ll explain things so everyone actually gets it (and no one’s bored to tears). Herding teams, keeping folks from arguing, looping in the higher-ups—it’s all in a day’s work. Want a spreadsheet tamer? Excel is practically my second home. SAP S/4HANA? Used it enough times that I could probably do it one-handed, coffee in the other, no joke.
