Conduct assessments to identify skills gaps and training needs within the organisation.

Design and develop programs and training materials that suit the organisation’s needs.

Review the annual training and development plan and time frame and approve and monitor implementation.

Design training programs and curricula that are compatible with organisational goals.

Develop educational materials, including e-learning modules, workshops and guides.
