Key Responsibilities

  • Exemplifies the Highest Standards in the Laundry Department to manage the upkeep and cleanliness of all laundry.
  • Maintains and ensures the efficient functioning of equipment and machinery, promptly reporting any observations to the Manager.
  • Ensures ample quantities of Housekeeping supplies, chemicals and gear for Seamless Operations.
  • Manages the processing, finishing, packaging, and delivery of garments to the Highest Quality Standards.
  • Accurately handles Billings and Postings for all processed items with meticulous Attention to Detail.
  • Implements and enforces stringent quality controls for circulating linen, reflecting an Industry-Leading Approach.
  • Adheres rigorously to the Standard Operating Processes within the Housekeeping Team.
  • Meticulously maintains error-free records and documents.
  • Provides timely updates to the Manager regarding feedback, issues, and additional requirements to continuously elevate the ‘Vibe at FIVE’ and Exceed Expectations.
  • Exerts Precise Control over the linen and uniform processes.
  • Conducts Inventory Checks as per schedule to guarantee optimal stock levels.
  • Labels all linen with the corresponding month of circulation, contributing to an organised and ‘FIVE-Star’ Housekeeping System.
  • Supervises and coordinates the counting of linen/uniform exchanges with Outsourced Laundry Providers for Seamless Operations.
  • Inspires and guides other FIVE Tribe Members under your Supervision, inspiring and encouraging them to deliver Sensational Results.
  • Coordinates and counts linen/uniform exchanges with Outsourced Laundry Providers.
  • Supervises and manages the tasks of the Team under your purview.

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience of 2-3 years in a Luxury Hotel environment is a plus.
  • Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
  • Next-Level Organisational and Supervisory skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
  • Finds creative solutions and take ownership of all duties and tasks assigned, while ensuring an unparalleled Journey at FIVE.
  • Skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
