Job Title: L1 Support Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities:
- Support End Users for Microsoft Applications, including Windows and Active Directory.
- Provide hands-on experience in supporting the M365 Suite.
- Offer hands-on support experience on Active Directory and Windows Troubleshooting.
- Participation in M365 and Domain Migration is a plus.
- Excellent English speaking skills; Arabic speaking will be a plus.
