Job Position – L1 IT Support Engineer

Requirements:
– A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in IT Support
– Deliver first-level technical support by phone, email, chat, remote or in person
– Diagnose and fix primary hardware, software, and network problems on windows / Macos platforms
– Practicing working knoweldge on active directory operations like user creation, DNS, DHCP record updates
– Support in Microsoft Exchange, Sharepoint, Onedrive and Teams
