Job Position – L1 IT Support Engineer

Requirements:
– Experience of 4 to 5 years in IT Support is a must
– The very first technical support will be via phone, email, chat, remote or in person
– Windows / Macos platforms will be used for the troubleshooting and resolving of basic hardware, software and network issues
– A person must have a practical knowledge of Active Directory through hands-on experience in user creation, DNS, and DHCP record updates.
– Support for Microsoft Exchange, Sharepoint, Onedrive, and Teams
– Joiners Preferred Immediately
