Location: Riyadh

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users across the company.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications.
• Monitor and resolve network (LAN/WAN) and connectivity issues.
• Manage backups, data security, and system protection.
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or any related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in IT Technical Support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity.
• Good knowledge of servers (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting).
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows & Mac) and office applications.
• Experience with networking, printers, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
