Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for providing excellent technical support?

Eligibility Criteria:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent

– At least 2 years of experience in IT support roles in UAE

– Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide ERP Support

– Open to work in rotating shifts

– A valid UAE driving license will be an advantage for the candidates

– A background in IT support for corporate, especially in the retail area, will be seen as a plus.
– Knowledge of and assistance with MS Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 are mandatory.
– Communication skills, in addition to problem-solving and customer service, will be the qualities of the perfect person.
– The individual must be adaptable and able to successfully contribute in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
