Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with Microsoft 365, ERP programs (SAP/Oracle), and collaboration programs. – Manage user accounts and permissions and help make sure security compliance is maintained. – Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and process improvement projects; – Document all IT problems, solutions, as well as create knowledge base articles. – Provide application technical support and staff training.

Requirements & Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support (FMCG/manufacturing experience is preferred).

– Experience supporting Windows & Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking experience.

– ERP system experience desirable (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
