Job Position – IT Project Coordinator

Company Name – Nair Systems

Location – Qatar

Required skills and qualifications:
• Experience with the Planview system (preferred) or JIRA

• Having Quality Assurance as a part of one’s career: knowing how to prepare test scripts, executing testing, raising bugs, and reporting the same to the vendor for fixing are the steps in the process

• Capability of documenting procedures; generating training materials for a new system

• Has been part of the training process

• Demand management – a high-level knowledge about it, resource and capacity planning processes

• Compiling regular reports for the management

• Strong Excel skills; proficiency in basic formulas and ability to create Pivots

• Supporting the senior project managers in their daily activities

• Overseeing minor projects

• Providing input for and taking part in process improvement and standardization initiatives in the Projects Department.

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
