Job Position – IT Helpdesk Support Engineer

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree
• Appropriate Microsoft certification(s) on: Windows Client; Managing Modern Desktop; Azure
• Two years hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Client and server platforms in a helpdesk capacity
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Required: Must be fluent in both Arabic and English
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
