Position: IT Business Analyst (Oracle Fusion SCM)

Experience Needed: 8 to 15 years—so, if you’re still wet behind the ears, probably not for you.

Basically

They want someone who’s been around the Oracle Fusion SCM block, not just reading about it. If you know how to wrangle data out of ancient systems like Oracle EBS, Jaggaer, or Pilog Maximo and make it play nice with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM—yeah, that’s you.

Here’s what you’ll actually be doing (aka, what’ll keep you busy all week):

– You’ll be the ringleader for data migration. Legacy systems? You’ll yank the data, scrub it, validate it, and shove it into Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
– You gotta know your way around FBDI, ADFdi, and those import templates. Data cleansing, validation, the whole nine yards.
– The SCM modules? You’ll be their new best friend, during go-live and after, when things inevitably break.
– You’ll need to play nice with IT folks, business teams, and the implementation partners. It’s a group project—no lone wolves.
– Reports, integrations (OIC), Fusion extensions (VBCS, BPM, PCS)? Yeah, you’ll deal with all that. Hope you like variety.
– You’ll also have to teach people how to use this stuff, write up docs, and basically walk end users through the chaos of change.

What’s non-negotiable:

– You actually know your way around Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules. Like, for real.
– FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, BI Publisher—these aren’t just acronyms to you, they’re tools you’ve used. Repeatedly.
– You get how Fusion data is structured and how business processes work in the real world.
– If you’ve been through a transformation project before or untangled legacy systems, even better.
– You can talk to techies and business folks without boring them to death or sounding like a robot.
