Job Position – Information Security & AI Specialist

The AI and Information Security Lead will play an important role in securing and achieving compliance for AI systems and data assets, in an ethical manner, consistent with regional regulatory standards and global best practices. This position will drive security innovation, mitigate AI associated risks, and support the organization in secure adoption of AI while preserving the confidentiality and integrity of data.
Required Skills:
Establish security frameworks for the development, deployment, and lifecycle management of AI models using NIST AI RMF and CSA’s AI Organizational Responsibilities as best practices for security. Engage data governance teams to ensure all AI models meet privacy laws and ethical considerations throughout the lifecycle process.
Develop and execute an organization-wide AI security strategy that aligns with enterprise business priorities and digital transformation initiatives.
Oversee the integration of AI security capabilities into the Group-related security framework, while ensuring adherence to interoperability, scalability and resiliency.Collaborate with the data governance teams to establish and implement effective data protection programs, incorporating encryption and access controls, and anonymization, as necessary, while maintaining compliance with relevant regional data privacy laws such as UAE Data Protection Law, and associated data privacy standards such as GDPR.Lead the development and implementation of AI threat models and risk assessments, in accordance with the overall risk management framework.
Stay ahead of emerging threats in AI and data security, providing continuous threat intelligence and mitigation strategies.
Ensure that AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, promoting transparency, fairness, and accountability in AI decision-making processes.
Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including ISO/IEC 27001, NIST 800-53, EU AI Act and the UAE’s AI Ethics Guidelines.
