One of our client is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join their growing team in Dubai.
This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor laws for a team of around 20 employees.
What They’re Looking For:
– 2+ years of HR experience (preferably in small to midsized companies)
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
– Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
– Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
