An international architecture practice is looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage the HR needs for the Dubai and London studios covering between 90-110 people plus growing headcount. This role will report into the Partners and also manage a team of 2.

Requirements:
• Qualification / Degree in HR / CIPD Level 5 (essential)
• At least 6 years’ experience in HR
• Excellent understanding of employment law for both the UK & UAE
• Has a strategic outlook but can operate ‘on the ground’
• Experience within the UAE/UK and/or in a professional services & consultancy & architectural design Firm highly desirable
