Job description :

Face of HR – Managing HR department by developing and emphasizing HR Policies, strategies and procedures. Recruitment – (managing the entire gamut of recruitment lifecycle to deliver a seamless and all-encompassing staffing service, from drafting Job descriptions, placing adds, screening, interview scheduling, interviewing in different levels to closing the position. (On boarding procedures – Collating official documents and opening staff account, creating database in softcopy and hardcopy (personal file). Job Offer – In person meet with the selected candidate and complete all the Joining formalities as per HR standards.

  • Induction and orientation – Conduct Induction & Training Programs on Bayzat – HR platform & Company policies.
  • Performance Management, appraisals, evaluation & Employee Relations.
  • Employee engagement, including managing absence, disciplinary actions, grievances and sickness.
  • Prepare reports – Employee statistic, Recruitment overviews, expense trackers, increment trackers.
  • Payroll – Preparing and Administering payroll.
  • Budgeting – Preparing monthly budgets for HR & STIMET Operations.
  • Insurance – Managing end-to-end coordination with insurance brokers, creating the census list and processing of insurance for new joiners and renewals for existing staff.
  • Operations support when needed in the group related to E-etmenan project.
  • Handling Accounts related activities – Handling STIMET Petty cash, Maintain Invoices trackers as well Manage payment-list for timely reminders on payment.
  • PRO & Immigration – Liase and follow up continuously with PRO for processing Visa, labor card and license renewal procedures. Maintain and update all the documents needed by PRO.
  • Memos & Correspondence – Offer letter, Salary Certificate, internal memos, experience letter NOC & Transfer Letters.
  • Bayzat HR Platform Operations – Handling & maintaining Bayzat platform, leave approvals and attendance monitoring, time keeping.

Qualification / requirements :

  • Masters with specialization in HR (HR certifications is added advantage (CHRP/CHRM).
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with emphasis on HR Management roles.
  • Must have prior work experience in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Must be fluent in spoken English and tech savvy.
  • Arabic speaking (Added advantage)
  • Occasionally requires direct, hands-on engagement.
