Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HORECA Supervisor to oversee operations in the hospitality, restaurant, and catering (HORECA) sector. The HORECA Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations within the HORECA sector, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed and managing supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and operations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, including monitoring expenses and maximizing profitability.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to implement innovative strategies.
