What We’re Looking For:
– Got a Bachelor’s in IT or something close? Cool, you’re halfway there.
– At least a year mucking around with IT support or helpdesk? Even better.
– Can you actually fix things—hardware, software, networks, all that jazz? Don’t just nod, prove it.
– If you’ve ever used a help desk ticketing system and haven’t thrown your monitor out the window, you’re our kind of person.
– You gotta actually talk to people, not just grunt. Problem-solving skills are a must.
– Oh, and you need to have a valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership. Sorry, no workarounds here.
What You’ll Actually Do:
– Answer cries for help (a.k.a. tech support requests), whether someone’s locked out of their email or their computer’s doing its best impression of a toaster.
– Figure stuff out and fix it—fast.
– If you hit a brick wall, kick the problem up to the next level (no shame in that).
– Keep the ticket system updated. Yes, paperwork is annoying, but we all gotta do it.
– Sometimes you’ll help folks from afar, sometimes you’ll have to show up in person—so try not to get lost.
– The goal? Keep people happy and things running. Simple as that.
