PRT – HOD Arabic
PRT – HOD SST (Social Science)
PRT – HOD Maths
PRT – HOD English

Job Requirements:

Candidates with regular 3 years of Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
Candidates with 2 years of Master’s degree in the same subject.
Candidates with B.Ed. qualification in the relevant subject.
Candidates with minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in the UAE in the respective subject.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and curriculum development.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the department to ensure effective teaching and learning.
Design and implement curriculum plans aligned with the school’s educational standards.
Supervise, mentor, and support teachers in the department for continuous professional development.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their academic growth.
Maintain effective communication with parents and participate in school-wide activities and events.
