What you’ll actually be doing:

– Greet guests like you mean it, handle check-ins and check-outs without breaking a sweat
– Jump on guest questions or weird requests—yes, even the “can you find me a left-handed pillow?” type stuff
– Know the hotel and the area like the back of your hand; people will ask you where to get shawarma at midnight, trust me
– Keep things smooth with other departments; nobody likes chaos
– Be a wizard with IDS PMS—if you’ve never heard of it, sorry, this probably isn’t your gig

What we want from you:

– At least 2 years running the show at a hotel front desk or guest services (no, summer camp counselor doesn’t count)
– You should know IDS PMS better than your Netflix password
– Actually enjoy talking to people, not just pretend
– English is a must, but if you can throw in a “bonjour” or “marhaba,” even better
