About The Role

 

This is a unique role that requires a blend of business and design acumen. We are looking for a Growth Designer to assist the Head of Partnerships with building out collaborations within the Playbook ecosystem, in addition to being able to mock up and envision how those partnership apps will fit into the Playbook experience. What You’ll Do

 

  • Identify and evaluate potential GenAI and Creative AI Tools suited for the Playbook ecosystem
  • manage meetings with partners and other external stakeholders and oversee the integration of partner apps into the Playbook platform
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement partnership strategies and monitor their impact

Who You Are

 

  • A unique blend of design/UX and business/sales sense. At Playbook, we have a “builder-first” culture where everyone on the team should feel empowered to directly contribute to building the product. We are excited by interdisciplinary people who are capable of wearing many hats.
  • 3+ years in growth, design/UX, engineering, product management, venture capital, or management consulting. We’re more interested in the skills you’ve gained than in your job title.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal teams is a must
  • You are a system builder who is hands-on with daily operations but also keeps the big picture in mind. Polish and detail is important, but you’re also not afraid of experimentation and risk.
  • Thrives in ambiguity! The sky’s the limit for what you can do at Playbook.

 

Preferred Skills

 

  • Familiar with HTML, CSS to build Ghost web pages
  • Experience at a high-growth Consumer or B2B SaaS company
  • Excited to build for creators, designers, and freelancers!
