Are you resourceful, detail-oriented, and enjoy working on a tight-knit team? We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a can-do attitude to join our design team.

Creative Direct is a full-service marketing, digital, and voter contact firm focused on producing unique and compelling creative for each of our campaigns. We strive to win through top notch design and a high-touch personalized approach to client service. We don’t aim to be the biggest, we aim to be the best. Customer service and providing our clients with a personal touch is always at the forefront of our day to day.

Here’s what your day to day will look like:

Concept and design multiple mail pieces per day while working closely with copywriters
Manage multiple deadlines per day in a seasonally fast-paced environment
Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter, political team, and other designers
Collaborate with the design team while also working independently on your own projects and deadlines
Stay on top of graphic design trends and maintain best practices
Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well

Required skills:

This is an entry-level position, but some print media experience is preferred
Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
A strong portfolio that shows demonstrable graphic design skills and experience with logo design, typography, image selection, and print production
Team player with strong communication skills
