Job Position – General IT Technician

The perfect candidate would have a robust background in IT with practical experience managing the company’s comprehensive range of IT infrastructure and support services. He will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting an array of systems, including ERP, CRM, network, hardware, cyber security, and other systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and monitor the company’s CCTV and surveillance systems.

• Provide support and maintain the organization’s websites and email systems.

• Administrator the company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure, including the firewalls, routers and connectivity to networks.

• Support the organization’s cybersecurity efforts and engage in data protection.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in a similar IT support or systems admin role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, cybersecurity basics, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience in ERP & CRM system maintenance and support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows Server environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Salary: Up to SAR 15,000 based on experience.
