Front Office Receptionist
Front Office Receptionist Jobs
Alright, let’s cut to the chase—Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is on the hunt for a front office superstar. You’ll be the first face people see, so, you know, no pressure (okay, maybe a little). If juggling phone calls, orders, couriers, and the occasional “How do I get to the bathroom?” sounds like your kind of chaos, keep reading.
What You’ll Do:
– Take orders, book couriers, and basically keep the front running smoother than a fresh jar of Skippy.
– Pick up the phone before it rings off the hook.
– Keep the reception area looking Insta-worthy. No stray papers. No weird smells.
– Handle the usual office stuff: filing, copying, printing, etc.
– Anything else that keeps the place from bursting into flames.
What We’re Looking For:
– You gotta speak both Arabic and English—fluently. No Google Translate on the sly.
– Been a receptionist or customer service hero before? Bonus points.
– Multitasking is your middle name. Or at least, you act like it is.
– Cool as a cucumber under pressure.
– Microsoft Office? Please. You use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook in your sleep.
– Can you upsell? Sweet. Can you take orders in person and on the phone without mixing them up? Even better.
– You’ve got that eye for detail—stuff just looks better when you arrange it.
– Team player vibes. Nobody likes a lone wolf at the front desk.
Experience:
2+ years at a desk or on the front lines (preferred, not set in stone).
Job Type: Full-time. No part-timers, sorry.
Think you’ve got the chops?
Send over your CV and maybe we’ll see you at the front desk, coffee in hand, running the show.
