Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading Facilities Management company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth and profitability.

  • Oversee and manage the daily financial operations of the company.
  •  Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  •  Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  •  Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
  •  Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing arrangements.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  •  Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
  •  Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  •  Utilize SAP to manage financial transactions, reporting, and data analysis.
  •  Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial management within similar industry.
  •  Professional qualification such as ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), ACA (Associate
  • Chartered Accountant), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or equivalent.
  •  Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  •  Strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.
  •  Proficiency in using SAP.
  •  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  •  Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  •  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
