About The Job

Job Description:

 

  • We are looking for a candidate who has at least 3 years of experience in the field of finance, with preference given to those in the retail industry.
  • Proficiency in commonly used office software and the ability to operate computer systems effectively are required.
  • Familiarity with US GAAP and American tax regulations is essential.
  • Strict adherence to the company’s confidentiality policy to safeguard the security of financial information is a must.
  • Compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the finance profession is expected.
  • Excellent organizational and logical skills, attention to detail, meticulousness, and a strong sense of professionalism and ethics are highly valued. The candidate should also have a high level of confidentiality.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Be responsible for preparing the company’s daily financial statements, ensuring their accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Analyze financial data to provide decision support for the management team.
  • Regularly prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Be familiar with American tax laws and regulations, accurately calculate and provide the necessary information for tax filings.
  • Communicate with local tax agents in the United States and provide data for the company’s tax declarations.
  • Be responsible for filing the Annual Report and declaring sales tax.
  • Assist in developing the financial budget, monitor the execution of the budget, conduct variance analysis, and propose improvement suggestions.
  • Analyze travel expenses and propose improvement suggestions.
  • Manage the book value of inventory and ensure that the books match the actual inventory.
  • Handle the registration, depreciation calculation, inventory, and disposal of fixed assets and small-value assets.
  • Accurately record and process various financial transactions of the company in accordance with US GAAP, including but not limited to revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, etc.
  • Be responsible for daily accounting processing, such as voucher preparation, account reconciliation (bank, credit card, AR, AP), aging analysis, and sales commission calculation.
  • Other duties as assigned by the leadership.
