Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operational strategies for overseas users, ensuring efficient platform operations and compliance with regulatory standards.

Team Management and Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and manage the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Brand Construction and Content Planning:

• Oversee brand construction, content planning, and execution for Finance, Web3, and original content.

Business Process Optimization:

• Analyze and improve product workflows for efficiency and risk reduction, implementing best practices for operational excellence.

Business Development:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and optimize products, identifying and capitalizing on business growth opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, partners, and clients, to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, developing strategies to enhance market position.

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor operational performance, setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Crisis Management:

• Lead crisis management efforts, addressing operational challenges and ensuring business continuity during high-pressure situations.

Technology Integration:

• Collaborate with IT and product teams to integrate new technologies and tools that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
