Job Position – Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

Civil Engineer – Tender Department

Location: Sharjah, UAE

To join their Tender Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and competitive bids, ensuring all submissions are completed within deadlines and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
Examine the project compliances, specifications, and drawings in order to develop accurate cost estimates. Coordinate with the tender team to create competitive bids. Research and assess rates from subcontractors and suppliers. Examine project drawings, BOQs, and tender documents. Organize and prepare bids before the tender deadline. Keep and update both pricing records, and bid documents. Requirements: Work experience as an estimator, QS, or in a similar tendering role. Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving and accuracy skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
2–4 years of experience in tendering/estimating.
Proficiency in Excel and QS/estimating software.
