Job Position – ELV Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct pre-sales and post-sales site surveys to ensure alignment between proposals and site conditions.

2. Manage project lifecycle: design, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, including documentation such as Job Completion Reports and Exit Checklists.

3. Lead and coordinate meetings with clients, project managers, and engineering teams.

4. Design, install, test, and commission ELV systems and structured cabling solutions, ensuring compliance with project specifications.

5. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including BOQs, technical solutions, and inspection/testing plans.

6. Monitor project timelines, resources, and dependencies, recommending corrective actions when necessary.

7. Provide technical support, quality assurance inspections, and configuration for ELV systems during execution.

8. Coordinate material requirements with procurement and ensure timely delivery.

9. Resolve design issues by implementing changes and obtaining necessary approvals.

10. Liaise with suppliers, OEM partners, and SIRA teams for technical discussions, evaluations, and regulatory compliance.

11. Oversee testing, commissioning, and client training on ELV systems, ensuring performance meets standards.

12. Maintain compliance with quality control procedures, service level agreements, and SIRA portal submissions.

13. Prepare and negotiate contractual agreements, ensuring alignment with project requirements.

14. Supervise team performance, ensuring adherence to schedules, policies, and quality standards.

15. Document project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

– SIRA License (Mandatory)
– UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
