Meer Group’s hiring, and they’re not playing. If you eat, sleep, and breathe Amazon, Noon, and Shopify—and you actually like teaching folks how to crush it online—this gig’s for you. It’s in Deira, Port Saeed, Dubai. Full-time, on-site. No “work from your couch in pajamas” here. Pay? Pretty sweet, apparently. Hours? 9 a day, 5 and a half days a week. So, you’ll still get a life. Sort of.

What you’ll actually do:

– Build training programs that don’t suck (they need to be fresh, useful, and actually help people sell stuff).
– Boss around (ahem, lead) a team of trainers—bring your grown-up pants.
– Keep course material spicy and up-to-date, so nobody’s falling asleep.
– Listen to students, tweak the program, repeat.
– Make sure at least half your students make real sales or leave glowing reviews. No pressure.
– Buddy up with support and sales folks—everyone loves a team player.
– Drown in reports and stats every month. Okay, not drown, but you’ll be tracking numbers.
– Help whip up videos, webinars, and on-demand lessons.
– Crack down on slackers—punctuality and discipline matter here.

What you need:

– 2 to 3 years actually training people on Amazon, Noon, or Shopify (not just selling your grandma’s old teapot once).
– Some chops in education management.
– The usual: you can lead, talk to humans, and keep stuff organized without losing your mind.
