Objective of the function:

Providing technical support and advice to organizational units with regard to the technical aspects of investment Preparing specialized studies and research in the field of investment, identifying investment opportunities, studying investment projects, and estimating the operational cost of markets and assets that can be invested and leased in the department

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct economic feasibility studies for investment projects across various fields such as waste recycling, environment, recreational facilities, markets, and more.
Evaluate investment applications, assess operational costs of markets and investable assets, and ensure the financial returns meet expectations.
Provide technical support and advice to organizational units regarding investment aspects.
Prepare specialized studies and research on investment opportunities and develop recommendations to enhance existing projects and explore new ones.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in administrative sciences or economics.
6-9 years for non-Emiratis in the relevant field.
Advanced skills in data analysis and economic study preparation.
