Provide outstanding customer service by identifying customer needs, offering tailored advice, and showcasing appropriate products. Build strong relationships with key customers and maintain high store standards to achieve sales targets and foster customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and greet every customer, consistently demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Identify customer needs by asking insightful questions; confidently recommend and showcase suitable products, and suggest related items to maximize sales opportunities.
- Process payments in various authorized methods, issue receipts or bills for purchases, and provide professional cash handling service.
- Address customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency, following the company’s after-sales policy and escalating to management when necessary.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, fashion trends, and in-store promotions to assist customers effectively.
- Maintain grooming standards as directed by the Store Manager.
- Ensure display areas, fitting rooms, and stock areas are clean and organized.
- Monitor stock levels daily and notify the Store Manager of low inventory to ensure optimal stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including refund and exchange policies, security measures, and health and safety protocols.
- Recruit customers for the database by accurately entering their information into the POS system.
- Minimize stock loss by remaining vigilant on the sales floor and in fitting room areas.
Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the luxury jewelry sector.
