Job Position – Digital Transformation Ambassador

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to enhance our customer experience by driving digital transformation. As a Digital Transformation Ambassador, your role will include:

Responsibilities:

–  Welcoming customers, understanding their service needs, and directing them to the appropriate service officer.
– Promoting our online licensing services through the digital portal.
– Guiding customers through the digital licensing process using an assigned tablet.
– Collaborating with supervisors to implement and improve digital services and initiatives.
– Ensuring the highest level of customer service to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
– Measuring the success of digital initiatives and working with management to improve services.
– Taking on additional tasks as required by the management team.

Requirements:

– Fluent in Arabic (mandatory).
-Open to freshers who are passionate about digital transformation.
