Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  2. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  3. Prepare marketing presentations based on the campaigns and seasons.
  4. Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
  5. Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality multimedia content.
  6. Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  7. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  8. Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine marketing (SEO).
  9. Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (SEM) to maximize ROI.
  10. Manage and oversee social media accounts and create strategies to increase engagement and followers.
  11. Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments, and social media posts.
  12. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  13. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve overall performance.
  14. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchase, store operations, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  15. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as necessary.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 3 -5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Professionals with well-known agencies or organizations.
  3. In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools.
  4. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  5. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytical platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, Emarsys, Google Analytics).
