If you are a the type of person who gets excited about developing young people’s minds or an admin who enjoys being in the chaotic environment of a school, you may fit in well here.

What is DHRUV like? Let’s just say: lots of professional development (so you’re not spinning your wheels), team work without passive aggressive emails, and an honest, no nonsense way of being innovative. Here’s what they’re looking for right now (and yes, they want you ASAP for 2025–26):

1. HODs / Coordinators – Primary & Middle School
Subjects: English, Arabic
Look, they want pros—5–6 years doing the UAE school circuit, and you better have survived a few KHDA inspections. Not your first rodeo? Perfect.

2. Librarian
Got a library science degree burning a hole in your pocket? 3–4 years in UAE schools and you know how those KHDA folks operate? Slide into their DMs (well, probably just email, but you get it).

3. Kindergarten Teachers
Degree plus B.Ed. You’ve wrangled little humans in UAE schools for 3–4 years and can handle KHDA inspections without breaking a sweat? They want you.

4. Arabic Language Teacher
Qualified and have 2–3 years teaching Arabic in the UAE? Plus, you know the KHDA drill? Yep, you’re on their wish list.

5. French Language Teacher
Pretty much same deal as above, but in French. Oui, c’est vrai.
