Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop architectural designs and concepts in collaboration with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders while maintaining design intent.
  • Coordinate with all disciplines and other sub- consultants to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, plans, etc using Revit, or other design software.
  • knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements is a plus.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience (5-8 years) in architectural design with reputable companies.
  • Strong revit proficiency, having Rhino is an advantage,
