Job Position – Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customers and ensure you gather all required details relating to their request.
– Deal with customers’ requests in a professional manner and resolve issues promptly.
– We provide consistent high-quality service across an array of banking products.
-Remain knowledgeable about all banking services and ensure information conveys accurately.
-Comply with all bank policies, compliance requirements, and codes of conduct.
-Attend and enroll in training programs in order to enhance product and policy knowledge.
-Cross-sell and up-sell banking products in an appropriate manner.
-Build solid working relations within the team.
